Child Safety Policy

1. Age Requirement & Enforcement

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use RED FLAGD
• During registration, users must check a mandatory checkbox confirming they are 18 or older — accounts cannot be created without this confirmation
• Age is collected at registration and displayed on every user profile
• We do not knowingly allow minors to create or maintain accounts
• Any account confirmed or suspected to belong to a minor is immediately and permanently terminated
• Suspected underage accounts are reported to the appropriate authorities

2. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement referral:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind — photos, videos, written descriptions, or illustrated depictions
• Any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors
• Any communication attempting to solicit, groom, or gain access to minors
• Content that facilitates the trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors
• Sharing or distributing CSAM through our messaging or profile systems
• Creating fake profiles impersonating minors for any purpose

3. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that appears to involve the sexual exploitation or endangerment of a minor, report it immediately through any of these channels:

• In-app Report button — visible on every profile and message thread. Select "Underage" or "Inappropriate content" as the reason

You may also report CSAM directly to:

• NCMEC CyberTipline: missingkids.org/cybertipline or 1-800-THE-LOST
• FBI: ic3.gov
• Internet Watch Foundation (UK/EU): iwf.org.uk

4. Our Response to Reports

• All child safety reports are treated as urgent priority and reviewed immediately
• Suspected CSAM is preserved as evidence and immediately reported to NCMEC via CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
• The reported account is suspended immediately pending investigation
• Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including providing all relevant data upon valid legal request
• We do not require a formal legal order to report known CSAM to NCMEC or law enforcement

5. Platform Safeguards

• Mandatory 18+ age confirmation checkbox at registration — cannot be bypassed
• Admin moderation dashboard with real-time visibility into all user reports
• Report button on every profile, photo, and message thread with "Underage" as a selectable reason
• Blocking tools allowing any user to prevent all further contact from another user
• Admin ability to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account

6. Legal Compliance

RED FLAGD complies with all applicable child safety laws including:

• PROTECT Our Children Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) — mandatory NCMEC reporting
• FOSTA-SESTA (Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act)
• Online Safety Act (UK)
• GDPR provisions protecting minors' data (EU)
