Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Age Requirement

RED FLAGD is strictly for users aged 18 years and older. Creating an account as a minor, or facilitating access for a minor, is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement. We may request age verification at any time.

2. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or distributing any of the following on RED FLAGD:

• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material of any kind
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates sexual violence or non-consensual acts
• Content that facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or material that incites violence against any group
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Spam, phishing links, or malware
• Fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating content

3. Child Safety & CSAM Policy

RED FLAGD has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly forbidden and will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Preservation and reporting of all relevant evidence to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement

4. Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation

RED FLAGD expressly prohibits any use of the platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in human trafficking or sexual exploitation. This includes solicitation, recruitment, or advertisement of commercial sexual services. Violations will be reported immediately to law enforcement and the appropriate national authorities.

5. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation of other users
• Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other users
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating real individuals
• Scamming or attempting to defraud other users
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Attempting to circumvent platform safety features or age verification
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization
• Coordinating off-platform activities intended to harm others

6. Non-Consensual Content

Sharing intimate images or content of another person without their explicit consent ("revenge porn") is strictly prohibited. This includes any imagery, video, or description of sexual acts involving a real person without documented consent. Violations will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

7. Scams & Fraud

RED FLAGD actively monitors for romance scams and fraudulent activity. Users who solicit financial assistance, cryptocurrency transfers, gift cards, or personal financial information from matches will be permanently banned. We cooperate with fraud investigations and report organized scam operations to relevant authorities.

8. Enforcement

RED FLAGD enforces this policy through the following measures:

• User reporting tools available on every profile and message
• Automated content moderation systems
• Human review of flagged accounts and content
• Immediate suspension of accounts under investigation
• Permanent bans for confirmed violations
• Cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory bodies

9. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

We investigate all reports and take action within 24 hours for urgent safety issues.

10. Legal Compliance

RED FLAGD complies with all applicable laws including FOSTA-SESTA (US), the Online Safety Act (UK), and other regional platform safety regulations. We maintain records and cooperate fully with lawful government requests, subpoenas, and court orders.

11. Updates to this Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of RED FLAGD after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
